I am not sure but is there a pre requisite certification for giving 70-503 ?
I read some where that one needs to be certified for .Net 2.0 for being
eligible for 70-503.

One place I like to send my students is to the Microsoft Virtual Labs site.
Go to: http://www.microsoft.com/events/vlabs/default.mspx
There are some decent labs on .NET Framework 3.5 including WCF. Keep an eye
on Measureup and SelfTestSoftware, two practice test providers. Last time I
checked they don't have practice exams for 70-503 out yet but they should be
out shortly (the practice exams for 70-502 are out as of early June).
