I downloaded the 3.3 GB .iso file successfully and when the download finished
the Roxio CD burner app. opened. However it appears that the file that wants
to be burned is 703 MB and when I try to burn with a fresh 700 MB. CD, the
Roxio app. says there isn't enough room on the CD.
What's the solution?

Please forgive me...

[a] You intended to download a 3.3GB =DVD= .iso file, and you apparently
only got 703MB of it.

[b] You're trying to burn this 703MB file to a =CD=,
and you're wondering why Roxio says there isn't enough room on the
(700MB) =CD=?

Surely I must be missing something here.

Perhaps you could rephrase your actions and situation?

I realize that it sounds a bit goofy, so here's some more facts. The full 3.3 GB .iso file did download properly. When I double-clicked the file, Roxio Easy CD Creator popped up. Since I didn't have Roxio on my machine, I assumed that it came with the download somehow. And when it only wanted to burn 703 MB., I assumed that this was some sort of install file, which when run, would install the full 3.3 GB. Clearly that wasn't the case.
I am now suspecting some sort of system software foul-up or maybe a burner
problem. If I'm still having trouble after I sort all that out I will repost.

Thanks,
