After installing VS 2008 SP1 consumes 100% CPU

Last week I installed VS2008 SP1 via ISO Image from the MS download center.
After installing, I restrated my PC. Afterwards, Im experiencing a 100% CPU
usage. My explorer.exe is taking 90% of the CPU cycle and rest of the
CPU-cycle is enjoyed by Nod32 antivirus.
Do anyone experienced that same?
Do anyone knows a solution?

Same problem; 100% CPU usage after installing Vista SP1, but sorry, no
solution yet :(
